Registered Care Home Manager

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum dependant on experience

A position has become available for the role of Home Manager within Westerfield Care Home.

Job Purpose: Delivery of business performance and quality targets for a specific care home. Provide support and leadership to the Care Home staff, engendering a culture of resident focus and quality of service. Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders. Namely:

Personal Abilities and Attributes you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous management/supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A good working knowledge of the relevant policies, procedures & legislation relating to adult social care
• Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group
• Previous experience of managing a care home or a Nurse at managerial level and who is registered with the NMC.
• Good understanding of P&L structure and budget management.
• Satisfactory DBS check.
